本送貨政策(下稱「本政策」)適用於 玩具喵(下稱「本店」)所提供之所有商品及相關服務。顧客於本店下單即表示同意接受本政策之條款。
一、送貨方式
本店提供以下送貨及取貨方式:
1.1 EASY TRADE 交收及換領中心自取(免費)
顧客可選擇到以下合作自取點免費取貨:
EASY TRADE 交收及換領中心:旺角上海街426號 萬事昌商業中心19樓全層
1.2 順豐速運(SF Express)寄送
如顧客選擇以順豐速運寄送,寄送運費將以 「到付」方式 由顧客於收件時直接交付予順豐速運。
二、運費安排

EASY TRADE 交收及換領中心自取為免費服務。

順豐速運一律採用 到付方式,運費由顧客直接繳付予順豐速運。

本店 不會代收、代付或退回任何運費。
三、訂單處理時間

由於本店大部分商品為預購性質,處理及出貨時間會因商品供應及物流情況而有所不同。

本店會於商品準備寄出或可供取貨時,透過本店指定之通訊渠道通知顧客。

本店不提供任何送貨時間之保證或估算。
四、包裝安排
本店會以適當包裝寄出商品,以確保商品於寄送時處於良好狀態。
五、配送問題及責任
5.1 因顧客資料錯誤或不完整之情況
如因顧客提供錯誤地址、聯絡方式或其他資料不完整而導致延誤、退回或未能成功派送:

顧客需承擔 重新寄送之運費及相關費用

本店恕不負責因此所造成之損壞、延誤或額外費用

5.2 物流遺失
如物流公司確認貨件遺失,本店會按個案處理,包括:

補寄商品(如有存貨);或

以商店積分補償
具體安排由本店酌情決定。
5.3 送貨完成時間
貨件一經物流公司系統顯示為「已送達」,即視為完成派送。
六、EASY TRADE 交收及換領中心自取條款
6.1 通知方式
本店會於商品可供取貨時,透過本店指定之通訊渠道通知顧客。
6.2 取貨時限
顧客需於商品到達自取點後14 天內完成取貨。
6.3 逾期棄領
若顧客未於指定期限內取貨,商品將視為棄領:

顧客將失去領取該商品之權利

本店不會提供任何退款、補償或商店積分

不設任何例外
6.4 自取點營運時間
EASY TRADE 交收及換領中心 之營運時間及安排由其自行決定。顧客需於前往取貨前自行查閱其最新公布之營運時間。本店不對其營運時間或任何變更負責。
6.5 取貨證明
顧客取貨時需出示相關訂單編號作核對之用。
七、最終決定權
本店保留就送貨安排、取貨要求、遺失處理及本政策所有條款之最終解釋及決定權。
Neko Toys Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by Neko Toys (“the Store”). By placing an order with the Store, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Methods
The Store provides the following delivery and pickup options:
1.1 Free Self-Pickup at EASY TRADE
Customers may collect their orders in person at the designated pickup point:
EASY TRADE – 19/F, Man Shing Commercial Building, 426 Shanghai Street, Mong Kok
1.2 SF Express Courier Delivery
For customers who choose courier delivery, the Store offers SF Express as the delivery method.
Shipping fees are charged by SF Express on a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis.
2. Shipping Fees

Self-pickup at EASY TRADE is free of charge.

SF Express shipments use Cash-on-Delivery (COD); customers pay shipping fees directly to SF Express upon receiving the parcel.

The Store does not collect, prepay, or refund any shipping fees.
3. Order Processing Time

Most products offered by the Store are pre-order items. Processing and shipping times vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

The Store will notify customers via designated communication channels when the item is ready to be shipped or collected.

The Store does not provide guaranteed or estimated delivery times.
4. Packaging
The Store will package products appropriately to ensure they are in good condition at the time of dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
5.1 Customer-Provided Information
If delivery issues arise due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (such as wrong address or contact details):

Re-delivery fees must be borne by the customer.

The Store is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or damage arising from such situations.

5.2 Lost Parcels
If the courier confirms that a parcel has been lost, the Store will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis, which may include:

Resending the product (if stock is available); or

Issuing store credit as compensation
The specific arrangement will be determined at the Store’s discretion.
5.3 Delivery Completion
Once the courier’s system marks the parcel as “Delivered,” the delivery is considered completed.
6. EASY TRADE Self-Pickup Terms
6.1 Pickup Notification
The Store will notify customers via designated communication channels when their order is ready for pickup.
6.2 Pickup Deadline
Customers must collect their order within 14 days from the date the item arrives at the pickup point.
6.3 Forfeiture of Uncollected Items
If the item is not collected within the 14-day period:

The order will be considered forfeited

The customer will lose the right to claim the item

No refund, replacement, or store credit will be provided

No exceptions will be made
6.4 Pickup Point Operating Hours
EASY TRADE’s operating hours and arrangements are determined solely by EASY TRADE.
Customers should check the latest operating hours before visiting.
The Store is not responsible for any changes to EASY TRADE’s operating hours or related arrangements.
6.5 Pickup Verification
Customers must provide their order number at the time of pickup for verification purposes.
7. Final Decision Rights
The Store reserves the right to make the final interpretation and determination regarding shipping arrangements, pickup requirements, lost parcel handling, and all matters outlined in this Policy.
